Top Five/ Runner-Up

“Titleholder” – 2013/2014 Miss Big Bear

The five participants who earn enough points to get into the top five will be part of the 2013/2014 Miss Big Bear court. One of them will be honored with the title of Runner-Up and one of them awarded the winner as the “Titleholder” … Miss Big Bear 2013/2014!

Being a part of the court, and/or the Titleholder is a huge responsibility.  Honestly depending on the community you may or may not have a lot of appearances to make throughout your reign.  The real responsibility comes from leadership.  Whether you realize it or not the entire Big Bear community relies on you, and looks to you as a role model.  The young women of this valley will be looking up to you as a mentor.  The way you conduct yourself on a day to day basis, grades, sports, clubs, hobbies, volunteer works, jobs, friends, and the choices you make will not only reflect back on this community and The Miss Big Bear Pageant , but more importantly will reflect on your overall character as an individual selected as a life role-model.

Whether you make the top five or not, you should all be proud of yourselves for taking the initiative to learn life lessons and skills that will not only make you a better individual, but open doors into your future you might not have seen before.  Top five or not our hope is that you are all able to walk away from this experience with a heightened sense of self-esteem, self-confidence, public speaking and interview skills, along with leadership opportunities and so much more!!!

Title Holder Agreement:

As a contestant of the Miss Big Bear Pageant 2013/2014, I and my guardian understand, should I make it into the top five and/or become a Titleholder or the Runner-Up…
